As a financial advisor, Christian Zernich has over 20 years experience as an Executive Benefits Specialist in the specialized market of Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation for Key Executives and has been highly successful with helping credit unions o?set their employee benefit obligations by implementing Employee Benefits Pre-Funding Programs.

Christian established his organization, Executive Benefits Solutions (EBS), early in his career while a?liated with CUNA Mutual Life Insurance Company where he began working with executives in the credit union marketplace. With his growing practice, Christian moved his a?liation to Lincoln Financial Advisors in 2004 and, after achieving more success as a top financial planner with LFA in 2011, he partnered with Stratos Wealth Partners, Ltd., an independent wealth management and investment advisory firm, whose representatives are a?liated with LPL Financial, the largest independent brokerage firm in the nation*. This partnership made it possible for EBS to integrate top industry resources, products and technology, in order to improve their clients’ overall experience.
