Elaine's passion is providing education and information to her clients so they have greater confidence understanding their financial plan. She works with her clients to help define their financial goals, develop a strategy consistent with those goals, and then implement that strategy. As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM, Elaine has extensive experience in pre and post retirement issues, the effect these issues have on retirement, and how to address them in the individual client's financial plan. Elaine welcomes requests for educational workshops, lunch and learns, and seminars. Honored as a Five Star Wealth Manager (2012 & 2013)** Elaine was recognized by her wealth management colleagues for exemplary client service, high rate of client retention, and stellar regulatory record.

In addition to being a LPL Financial Advisor and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM, Elaine holds Series 7 through LPL Financial and Series 66 through LPL and Stratos Wealth Partners as well as Life, Health, Annuity, and Long Term Care insurance licenses. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.

A long-time resident of Laguna Niguel, Elaine has dedicated much of her life to community service. She is currently a member and Past-President of both the Rotary Club of Laguna Niguel and the Laguna Niguel Woman's Club-GFWC. She is a charter member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 281. She is actively involved with the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce and served on the Executive Board for the National Association of Women Business Owners, Orange County Chapter (NAWBO-OC). In 2004, Elaine was named the Laguna Niguel Citizen of the Year in recognition of her many years of community service. In November 2014, Elaine was elected as a Council Member for the City of Laguna Niguel.

Elaine, her husband Ray, and their children Raymond, Nicole, and Lauren live in Laguna Niguel. In her leisure time Elaine enjoys gourmet cooking, as well as reading biographies, historical novels, and current affairs. Washington DC, Pismo Beach, and historical sites are her favorite places to visit when not enjoying family time at home.
