Brent Teague is Managing Partner and Founder of Financial Wellness Partners.  Brent has molded his 13 years of experience in employee benefits and financial services into a unique new business model focused on financial wellness.  In working with more than 100 different employers on their employee benefit programs, he realized that the current distribution model was broken and employees were confused and financially distraught.  This realization has lead to the creation of Financial Wellness Partners which works with employers, employees, and individuals to put together comprehensive plans to help them best allocate their financial resources and better understand the benefits that are available to them.  This unique approach which removes the conflict of interest inherent in most employer programs also includes non-standard programs in Executive Packages, Debt Management, Student Loans, College Savings, and other customizable programs to best fit employee needs.

He is well known as a valuable consultant for his clients and has expanded his knowledge and reach working across the country for the last 8 years with a focus in the Merger and Acquisitions industry.  This experience has allowed him to better understand the challenges of multi-location businesses and regional rules and regulations.

Brent earned two degrees from The University of Akron in Personal Finance and Corporate Finance.  He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® (CRPS®), awarded by the College for Financial Planning, and a Certified Health Savings Adviser® (CHSA®), awarded by AccessPointHSA and Dalbar.  He is also a veteran where he proudly served in the United States Air Force.

He has been recognized nationally by the National Association of Plan Advisors as a NAPA Top 40 under 40 Young Gun, and he has spoken at multiple HR conferences across the country on the topic of Financial Wellness.

Brent resides in Strongsville, OH with his wife Eva and their two daughters, Mackenzie and Kerri.
