Claiborne Perrilliat is Partner and Wealth Advisor with Stratos Wealth Partners. With more than 13 years of experience as a financial advisor, Claiborne specializes in helping individuals prepare for retirement, save for college and ensure their wealth transfers to the next generation. As an independent advisor, Claiborne has always focused on gaining a true understanding of a client’s needs and prides himself on offering an unparalleled level of service to his clients.

Prior to joining Stratos, Claiborne worked as a financial advisor with Hibernia Investment Securities, which was later acquired by Capital One Investing. While serving as a Vice President and Financial Advisor with Capital One Investing, Claiborne was consistently ranked as a top ten advisor and received numerous awards for both his productivity and commitment to his clients and colleagues. In his 13 years at Capital One, Claiborne ran a relationship based practice and grew his AUM to $155 million.

Claiborne currently holds his FINRA Series, 7, 63 through LPL Financial and Seires 66 through LPL and Stratos Wealth Partners, as well as his Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Annuity licenses. A New Orleans native, Claiborne graduated from Jesuit High School before attending the University of Georgia, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Banking and Finance. He and his wife, Carter, reside in Uptown New Orleans with their 4-year old son Cole and 3-year-old daughter Mae.
