Matthew J. Meyer is a Managing Partner of Columbia Financial, Inc. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. His most memorable experience at UD was his role in the Davis Center for Portfolio Management. It was here that Matt gained understanding and passion for capital markets in our global economy and the resulting cyclical impact on investment strategies.

Prior to beginning his career with Columbia in 2010, Matt spent nearly 10 years working with a national restoration firm. Through various positions held with the company, he learned the practical application of business management. He later went on to independently manage the portfolio of a local real estate holding company. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, Matt has personally experienced the unique challenges of a family-owned business. He understands their sacrifice, their vision, and the obstacles they face. He has chosen to apply this insight, paired with his aptitude for finance and portfolio management, to his individual and business-owner clients to help investors thrive in a continually changing economic landscape. Matt has the distinguished honor of holding the rank of Eagle Scout. In his free time he enjoys kayaking, being outdoors and renovating his historic home in the Oregon District of Dayton. Securities Licenses: Matthew Meyer holds the Series 6, 7 and 63 with LPL Financial.
