Philip A. Garrett, Jr. has over 14 years of experience providing investment advice and strategies for a range of clients including nonprofits, corporations, and multigenerational families in the New Orleans area. He is well-versed in managing fee-based accounts, which include Separately Managed Accounts and Unified Managed Accounts. He also advises clients on their individual brokerage accounts as well as insurance products.

As a seasoned wealth advisor, Mr. Garrett is committed to communicating, educating, and providing a high level of customer service to all clients. He aims to accurately assess each client's present and future investment and financial objectives. Mr. Garrett began his financial services career with Prudential Financial in 2001. He organically developed his entire client base and managed total client assets of approximately $120 million, including both retail and institutional accounts. During his tenure, Mr. Garrett was a member of the Masters Council, the Director’s Club, and the Prudential Leaders Council; all memberships were based on production and assets under management. He was also ranked, from 2009-2013, as Pruco Securities AUM Leader with the wealth management division of Prudential.

Mr. Garrett holds FINRA Series 6, 7 and 63 securities registrations through LPL Financial, Series 65 through Stratos Wealth Partners; as well as Louisiana Life Health & Accident and Louisiana Property & Casualty License.

When not at the office, Mr. Garrett supports several local organizations and charities. He is a Committee Member and works with the Public Operations Team for the Fore!Kids Foundation which has raised nearly $23 million to provide healthcare and education for over 200,000 children each year. He also supports the Bayou District Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to revitalizing New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Garrett lives in the Lakeview area of New Orleans with his wife Courtney who is CFO for Children's Hospital. They have three-year-old triplets. Sons Jack and Oliver attend the Isidore Newman School’s Greenie House Program, and daughter Ellie attends the Academy of the Sacred Heart.
