Scott Kinsell is a Wealth Advisor affiliated with Stratos Wealth Partners. Stratos is a partner run organization that specializes in the practice and execution of comprehensive financial planning and implementation services. The firm is structured as a network of distinguished, experienced financial services practitioners spread throughout the country and powered by LPL Financial. Scott specializes in investment, retirement and estate planning services. He also represents a number of local businesses and corporations in designing and implementing their retirement plans.

Scott has over $50 million of client brokerage and advisory assets under management, a majority of which are in retail investments. For the last fifteen years, he has managed money offering access to traditional equities and fixed income as well as hybrid investment vehicles that include  structured products. Prior to joining Stratos Scott was an Associate Vice President for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Beachwood, Ohio. Before entering the financial services business, he spent over 16 years in the nuclear power industry both in commercial power generation and aboard a submarine in the US Navy. At the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Scott was a Chemistry Supervisor and served as a Propulsion Plant Supervisor onboard the USS Georgia, an Ohio class ballistic missile submarine.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, he received a BA in Management from John Carroll University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve. Scott gives back to the community as a Financial Educator providing seminars and workshops at various, local adult education centers. He is a past member of the Key Bank lecture circuit sharing his knowledge and expertise of investments with individuals and families throughout the area. Scott lives in Solon, Ohio with his family.
